ASUS’ Newest Gaming Monitors come in 20 Different Variants

If you’re in the market for a new ASUS gaming monitor, then you’re in luck—the Taiwanese tech giant recently announced the launch of its new TUF Gaming Series Five monitors, which includes over 20 models each with different specs and hardware configurations, all at varying prices as well.

The Series Five range features displays from 23.8 to 34 inches, offering FHD, QHD, or WQHD panels with varying specifications, although one key highlight across the series is “Speed Boost” feature which enabling refresh rates of up to 300Hz and ultra-low response times down to 0.3ms.

There are two main flagship models however, which consists of the TUF Series Five VG27AQML5A and the VG34WQML5A. The VG27AQML5A packs a 27-inch QHD panel with a 300Hz refresh rate and a 0.3ms response time, while the VG34WQML5A offers an ultrawide QHD VA panel with a 250Hz refresh rate and a 0.5ms response time.

ASUS adds that the TUF Gaming Series Five monitors are designed for “ultrasmooth gameplay” with support for both NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium technologies, as well as ASUS Extreme Low Motion Blur (ELMB) for reduced ghosting during high-frame-rate gaming. The monitors also support up to 95% DCI-P3 color gamut support and VESA DisplayHDR 400.

As with most other tech products these days, you’re also getting a dose of AI with features such as Dynamic Crosshair for aiming, Dynamic Shadow Boost for brightening dark areas, and AI Visual that can instantly detect on-screen content and applies optimal display settings.
