AT&T Galaxy S24 owners are finally getting One UI 7

Samsung officially rolled out One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 series in the United States on April 10. Sure, the rollout was halted for a couple of days soon after, but it was resumed fairly quickly. Yet, it has been two weeks since Galaxy S24 owners on AT&T have been waiting for the update.

Other major carriers like Verizon and T-Mobile have long updated their subscribers to Samsung's latest software version. The agonizing wait is now over, as AT&T is finally rolling out One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 series on its network.

AT&T Galaxy S24 owners had been expressing their frustration over this sad state of affairs on reddit and other online platforms. There wasn't enough clarity from the carrier initially to explain why the update was delayed.

It has since emerged that there were bugs in AT&T's pre-installed apps for these devices that had to be fixed. The carrier has taken a considerable amount of time addressing them, but whatever bugs existed have evidently been squashed as the One UI 7 Android 15 update is now rolling out.

Many Galaxy S24 owners have confirmed online that they've now received the update, it's out for all three models in the lineup. If you're on AT&T and haven't seen the update notification yet, don't worry.

You can try to manually pull the update by heading over to the Settings app, going to the Software update menu and tapping on Download and install. This should do the trick and the update will begin downloading.
