Samsung finally started rolling out the stable One UI 7.0 (Android 15) update to its devices. The Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition received the update in Korea. And we noticed five hidden One UI 7.0 features that you might not know about.
Watch them in our video below.
- Create stickers using text prompts in Samsung Keyboard: Samsung Keyboard now allows you to create stickers based on your text prompts using Generative AI. It can be used in messaging apps like Google Messages.
- Create stickers using Drawing Assist: You can also create stickers using Drawing Assist. Once an image is generated, you can tap the Sticker icon on the top of the image to save it as a sticker. One UI 7.0 even offers five sticker styles when you are saving a new sticker.
- Create freeform collages: One UI 7.0 also brings the ability to create freeform collages. In the Gallery app, you can select multiple images and hit the Create button at the bottom of the screen and then tap on the Collage button. You can then choose the first option to freely arrange selected images. You can even customize the background color, blur effect, aspect ratio, and corner radius.
- See previews of minimized app pop-up windows: You can open apps in pop-up windows, and when you open multiple pop-up windows of the same app and then minimize them, all pop-up windows are minimized into a floating app icon. You can tap that icon to see the preview of all the minimized windows.
- Camera app remembers exposure setting for each mode: In One UI 7.0, you can adjust the exposure value in the stock Camera app. Once you make that change, the app will remember the exposure value. So, when you switch from that mode to another and come back, the app will remember the exposure value setting.
