Samsung has started rolling out a new firmware update for its latest flagship wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, which were launched in mid-2024.
Galaxy Buds 3 Pro gets second software update
A new software update is rolling out to the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in Europe. It comes with firmware version R630XXUOAYB3 and has a download size of 7.86MB.
According to the changelog, the new update brings reliability and stability improvements and nothing else.
If you have the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, you can download and install the new update by opening the Galaxy Wearable app and navigating to Earbuds Settings » Earbuds software update » Download and install.
This is the second firmware update that has been released to the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. The previous update improved Bluetooth connection stability and audio quality.
Galaxy Buds 3 Pro features
Samsung introduced a brand-new design with the Galaxy Buds 3 and the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. They have stems similar to Apple's AirPods lineup, and they help in improving voice call quality and controls (pinch and swipe).
They have higher quality, 24-bit audio codecs called Samsung Seamless Codec Ultra High Quality (SSC UHQ). The earbuds have improved active noise cancellation, transparency mode, and voice commands.
