Galaxy Z Flip 6, Fold 6 One UI 7 firmware likely pulled off the air

After months of delay, Samsung released the stable One UI 7.0 update for the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6 last week. However, it appears that the update isn't stable after all. Yesterday, we reported that the update was pulled off the air in select regions and the update was halted for the Galaxy S24.

Now, the update seems to have been taken down for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

It appears that Samsung has pulled the stable One UI 7.0 update firmware for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 off its servers in select regions. The update doesn't seem to be available anymore in Europe and South Korea. For the USA, the update still seems live.

Earlier today tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) claimed that Samsung had to pull the Galaxy S24's update off the server because it discovered a serious bug. Apparently, the South Korean firm decided to halt the release plan for all the countries, including China.

It looks bad on Samsung's part, as the company could not make a bug-free release happen for One UI 7.0 despite testing the software for months in multiple countries. For the Galaxy S24, the company released six beta updates as a part of the One UI 7.0 Beta Program. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6 also received multiple beta updates, but Samsung wasn't able to remove all the critical bugs.

If the information about this critical bug is accurate, we may be looking at another delay to the months-long delay we already faced to see the stable One UI 7.0 update for eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets.
