Google Gemini can now see, hear, and understand your video clips
Video uploads come to Gemini
Earlier today, Google pushed out Gemini 2.5 Pro and Flash to stable and made them generally available for all users. It also launched a new, cheaper, and faster Gemini 2.5 Flash-Lite model in preview for "high throughput tasks like classification or summarization at scale." Alongside this, the company is rolling out a key improvement to Gemini: video upload and analysis support.
