How does the Galaxy S25 Edge compare to other Galaxy S25 phones?

The Galaxy S25 Edge has become the fourth model in the Galaxy S25 series. It is priced more than the Galaxy S25+ but is a lot thinner and is almost as light as the base Galaxy S25. And it has the Galaxy S25 Ultra's 200MP rear camera, so it is a mix of the three other phones in the series.

How does it compare to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra? Let us find out.

The Galaxy S25 Edge has a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x screen with QHD+ resolution and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection. That makes it bigger, better, and stronger than the Galaxy S25's 6.2-inch screen with Full HD+ resolution. It is the same screen used in the Galaxy S25+ but has slightly better protection. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a slightly bigger (6.9-inch) screen, though, and features Gorilla Glass Armor for resisting glare and reflections.

Samsung has used the highest-grade materials to make the Galaxy S25 Edge's body. The phone's frame is made using titanium. Its front is protected using Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, while its rear is covered with Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ have Armor Aluminum 2 frames. Their screen and back are protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 panels. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has a titanium frame, just like the Galaxy S25 Edge, but its screen is protected using Gorilla Glass Armor. Its back is protected using Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

All three phones have the same Snapdragon 8 Elite For Galaxy chipset, 12GB RAM, and 256GB/512GB storage. They all run Android 15-based One UI 7.0 and will get seven major Android OS updates and security patches. The Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in a 1TB model, which isn't available for the Galaxy S25 Edge.

All four phones have 15W fast wireless charging and Qi2-ready cases.

All Galaxy S25 series phones feature 5G, eSIM, GNSS, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The Galaxy S25 lacks UWB, while all other phones in the lineup have it. They also feature AAC, aptX, SSC UHQ, and LDAC audio codecs.

The Galaxy S25 starts at $800 and the Galaxy S25+ starts at $999. The Galaxy S25 Edge is priced at $1,100, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at $1,200.
