Qualcomm announces new flagship silicon for Android phones every year at the Snapdragon Summit, and the trend will continue this year, with the release of Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2. However, unlike in previous years, the company has brought forward its annual Summit by almost a month, effectively meaning that we'll get to see the next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite chip sooner than we thought.
