Samsung The Frame 2025, The Frame Pro go on sale in the US

At CES 2025, Samsung unveiled the brand’s lineup of TVs for 2025. It included a refreshed The Frame series and an all-new The Frame Pro series. Well, after almost three months, the tech giant has finally revealed the models in the two lineups and their prices for the United States of America and made them available to purchase in the country.

Samsung is offering The Frame Pro TV in three sizes: 65-inch, 75-inch, and 85-inch. The company has priced them at $2,199, $3,199, and $4,299, respectively. Whereas, the tech giant is offering the The Frame 2025 in four sizes: 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. The brand has priced them at $899, $1,099, $1,299, and $1,799, respectively.

There are two main differences between The Frame 2025 and The Frame Pro 2025 TVs. First, while the former uses a QLED panel, the latter uses a Neo QLED panel. QLED panels have edge backlight with traditional LEDs, and Neo QLED panels have direct backlight with mini LEDs, which offers more even backlight throughout the panel and better local dimming. Both of them result in enhanced picture quality.

The second difference is that the Frame Pro comes with the One Connect Box, whereas the Frame doesn’t. The One Connect Box has all sorts of ports, including HDMI and ethernet, and this is the device to which you will have to plug in all the cables instead of to the TV. The One Connect Box then connects to the TV with a single, thin cable.

This arrangement reduces cables going to the TV and makes it look cleaner, and it is especially helpful for The Frame Pro as it improves the illusion that it is a picture frame and not a TV. If you need these features, you should go with the Frame Pro. If not, The Frame is a great option. You should also take a look at the Samsung S95F OLED.
