Valve continues its march on third-party handhelds as SteamOS arrives on another system
SteamOS also got a Linux update with this patch.
It's no secret that Valve wants to bring SteamOS to as many handheld consoles as humanly possible. Long before the company even added third-party support to SteamOS, Valve kept bringing up the idea of adding official support for handhelds outside of the Steam Deck. Given how some people didn't like Windows on their consoles, there was definitely a market for it.
