The Galaxy S25 Edge isn't really a mystery as far as its looks are concerned. Samsung has already displayed the device on multiple occasions, including at its MWC 2025 booth. Granted, people weren't allowed to touch the device, but at least they could gawk at its sleek design as much as they wanted.
Still, it wouldn't hurt to see more of the device, and now a video has surfaced which flaunts the beauty of the Galaxy S25 Edge. It's not an actual unit in the video, though, it's a plastic dummy of a phone, like what you'd find in a phone shop somewhere.
We're less than a month away from the Galaxy S25 Edge's launch
The Galaxy S25 Edge is going to be launched in the very near future. We exclusively confirmed earlier this month that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13. A report today has reiterated the same launch date, adding that the device will go on sale in South Korea on May 23. It will then be launched in the United States on May 30.
This device's USP will be its svelte physique. Rumors peg the profile at just 5.84mm thin which will be like a breath of fresh air in this era of chunky phones. Samsung did have to sacrifice the zoom camera to achieve this profile, though.
This dummy unit shows off the device's dual camera setup at the back which will include a 200-megapixel primary sensor alongside a 12 or 50-megapixel ultrawide sensor. The device is expected to have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset under the hood, the same as every other Galaxy S25 model, alongside a 6.7-inch 1440p display.
It remains to be seen if Samsung expands availability beyond South Korea and the United States. The company is likely to find buyers for this unique device in a lot more places.
