Galaxy Tab S8 tablets are now rocking the One UI 7 update

Samsung appears to have opened the One UI 7 update floodgates earlier today. What a way to start the week! The One UI 7 update, late as it may be when looking at the big picture, is now pouring out of Samsung's servers and onto numerous Galaxy phones and tablets.

After a strong start today, the Galaxy Tab S8 series is now also getting the stable One UI 7 update. The firmware files will soon be available for download through our website, and Galaxy Tab S8 users on the Korean Community forums also confirm that the update is live.

For now, it's safe to say that the One UI 7 update is available only for the Galaxy Tab S8 in Korea. However, more markets will likely follow suit.

The Galaxy Tab S8 series was planned to receive One UI 7 in May, but Samsung finally over-delivered on its promises regarding the availability of the Android 15-based firmware. Many other devices have received One UI 7 today, in and outside of Korea.

For the over-the-air release, you can always check for new firmware versions directly on your tablet. You can do this by opening the Settings app on your Galaxy Tab S8, accessing Software update, and tapping Download and install.
