Here's your first look at Find My Device's UWB-powered tracking interface
The feature rolls out later this month
Google rolled out major improvements to its Find My Device app in 2024, including an Apple-like network that helps locate your lost or stolen Android phone even when offline. Yet, the app fell short of expectations. As part of its Find Hub revamp, Google will address many of the app's shortcomings, including adding Ultra Wideband support. The feature will roll out later this month, but a screenshot already offers a glimpse of how the new UWB directional UI will provide more information.
