Samsung's Bespoke Jet stick cordless vacuum cleaners support several clever features, accessible through the SmartThings app. We already covered the diagnosis tool and the option to receive call and message notifications on your vacuum's LCD.
But there's more. Bespoke Jet stick vacuum users can access SmartThings to check usage patterns and see a graph detailing the vacuum's activity over the past seven days. You can even see which brushes have been in use and for how long.
The question is, why would anyone want to have this information? At a glance, it seems pointless, even if a little cool.
It's not like there's an official mileage on Samsung's vacuum brushes for users to check how long they can use a brush before needing a replacement. Furthermore, the usage pattern feature shows only the recent activity over the past seven days rather than lifetime activity. So the question again is, what's the point?
The only use case we can think of is if you want to check up on your maid's activity and see how long they vacuumed and which brushes they used while you were away.
The feature seems very niche, but at the same time, we can't deny that it is pretty cool. It's almost like an Easter egg. Apart from the scenario mentioned above, we can't think of any other practical use for it, but we wouldn't want it to be removed either.
How to check Samsung Bespoke Jet usage patterns
If you want to access the usage patterns feature, follow these steps:
- Open the SmartThings app on your Galaxy mobile device.
- Select your Samsung Bespoke Jet vacuum from the list of devices.
- Access the Service tab.
- Go to Usage pattern.
- To see usage patterns for each brush, tap the All option in the upper-right corner and select the desired brush.

It should be noted that not every Samsung Jet stick vacuum brush is clever enough to register on the list. Simple attachments, such as the Combination and Long Reach Crevice tools, don't have metallic pins that connect to the Jet stick vacuum. They're simple plastic attachments.
These non-smart attachments will be grouped under the ETC label in the usage patterns graph. On the other hand, more complex brushes, such as the new Active Dual (available for the 2025 Bespoke AI Jet Ultra), the Slim LED Brush+, and the Pet Tool+, show up with individual usage patterns.
Lastly, if you're thinking of buying a Samsung vacuum, you should know that the usage pattern feature is available only for Samsung Jet stick vacuum cleaners that ship with the All-in-One Clean Station. The latter allows them to connect to SmartThings.
