US Galaxy device owners get another shot at Care+ protection

Samsung Care+ is a comprehensive protection plan for customers in the United States. It provides them with free repairs, even for batteries and screens, as well as insurance against theft and loss. The full suite of protection is typically only available when buying a new Galaxy device from Samsung.

Samsung has announced an Open Enrollment period for a limited time. Anyone with an eligible Galaxy device in the United States can now get Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss, even if they have never bought a Samsung Care+ protection plan for their device before.

Open Enrollment is only available until next month

This is a great second chance for Galaxy phone and tablet owners in the United States to protect their device. Eligible devices include the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Tab S10+ and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

Those who get Samsung Care+ will receive unlimited repairs for drops and spills, this covers battery replacements as well. Samsung will also provide same-day $0 cracked screen and back glass repairs. Mechanical breakdowns are covered as well.

The repairs are carried out at over 700 Samsung authorized repair centers across the United States, where certified technicians will only use genuine Samsung repair parts to fix the devices. Theft and Loss coverage is included, so whether your device gets lost or stolen, you get a replacement on the same day.

Depending on your device, adding Samsung Care+ will cost between $0.32 – $0.58 per day, so between $10 – $18 per month. That's a small price to pay for comprehensive protection. The Open Enrollment period begins today through June 15, and is only for customers who didn't add a Samsung Care+ plan when purchasing their device. Enroll today via the Samsung Care+ website.
