Galaxy A35 gets One UI 7 update in Asian countries
The first big software update for the Galaxy A35 is now available in Africa and Asia. However, not all countries will get the update on the same day, and some countries might get it a few days later. The Android 15-based One UI 7.0 update is now rolling out with firmware version A356EXXU4BYDC. It has a download size of around 3GB and includes the April 2025 security patch.
From what we can see on the internet and our firmware page, the update is now available in Africa (Egypt and Mozambique) Central Asia (Kazakhstan), and the Middle East.

If you own a Galaxy A35 and live in the countries or regions mentioned above, you can check for the One UI 7 update by heading over to Settings » Software update » Download and install. You can also download the appropriate firmware file from our database and flash it via the manual method using a Windows PC and the Odin tool.
The Galaxy A35 was launched in early 2024 with Android 14-based One UI 6.1 software onboard. Samsung promised to release four major Android OS updates to the phone, and the first of those four updates is now here. It will likely get the Android 16-based One UI 8.0 update later this year.
